About me

Hello! 

I was born and raised in this area. I love Habersham and I love LGES! 

 

I earned my bachelor's degree from UNG in 2015 in Early Childhood and Special Education. In 2017, I received my master's degree from Valdosta and went on to graduate with a specialist in Early Childhood from West Georgia in 2019. I have been teaching at Level Grove for going on 7 years now. I began my teaching career in 3rd grade, spent 2 years there, and have been in 4th since 2019. 

 

I was married in 2019 to Jonathan Shubert and in 2021 my daughter Lileona was born. 

 

I love spending time with my little family, reading, and teaching students that being "bad at math" is not something that can run in our DNA. Teaching is my passion. I am nerdy and adore all things education-related. There is nothing on this planet that I would rather be doing than helping to shape the future of our world.
